The minister of works, David Umahi, has declared that the proposed Abuja-Lagos highway will be completed in four years.
The minister said this in a press conference on Saturday.

According to him, driving from Lagos to Abuja will take 4 hours on the highway.
He also said the road will be made solely with concrete, adding that it is cheaper than asphalt.
