University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) has emerged as the winner of the grand finale of LEAP Africa Youth Leadership Debates 2.0 held at The Platform Nigeria for the second consecutive time since it commenced.
This was announced on Tuesday by LEAP Africa, one of Africa’s notable non-profit organizations focused on youth leadership development.

The organizers said the Youth Leadership Debates, which commenced in 2022, are a pillar of the Nigeria Youth Futures Fund (NYFF), an initiative of LEAP Africa.
In a statement it issued, LEAP Africa’s executive director, Kehinde Ayeni, said, “Youth voices and youth-led actions are very critical to nation-building, and this is one of the key propellers of our efforts to activate youth voices across Nigeria.”
On the importance of the Nigeria Youth Futures Fund initiative, the project lead for NYFF at LEAP Africa, Ikenna Ogbudimkpa, emphasized the essence of advocacy in amplifying the agency of young Nigerians.
