The federal government has unveiled the registration portal for the national youth conference.
According to Nigeria’s Minister of Youth Development, Comrade Ayodele Olawande, the Confab tagged Youth Confab 2025, is meant to serve as a moment of hope and healing chance to move from protest to policy, from problems to solutions, and from challenges to progress.

Olawande said the Confab, with the Theme “Next Gen Nigeria: Crafting Solutions, Owning the Future”, is more than just a conference.
“It is a generational turning point, a national movement, and a call to action, a platform for youths to listen, learn, and lead together.
The Minister also assured that,” Under the visionary leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Youth Confab 2025 will be inclusive, non-partisan, and youth-led.
According to him, “This conference will provide young Nigerians from every ward, community, state, and the diaspora the opportunity to unite, engage, and reshape the future of our nation.
“With over 70% of our population under the age of 35, it is clear that Nigeria’s destiny is directly linked to the creativity, energy, and aspirations of her youth.
“Now, more than ever, it is time to transform our collective frustrations into solutions, and our hopes into actionable policies.
“The Youth Confab will be executed through a multi-level, participatory process:
“Diaspora Virtual Engagements to ensure that young Nigerians abroad can contribute meaningfully to this national process.
“Consultations across all 360 Federal Constituencies, ensuring that every young Nigerian has the opportunity to be heard.
“Zonal Consolidation Meetings across the six geopolitical zones, where grassroots opinions will be harmonized.
“A National Conference In Abuja, where policy recommendations will be co-created and presented for consideration at the highest levels of government.
“As I have consistently emphasized, this is not another talk shop. This is a genuine, participatory platform that empowers every young Nigerian to contribute to government decision-making, particularly on youth-centric issues.
“Through this conference, we will co-create youth-informed, youth-approved, and youth-led solutions around six bold thematic pillars
“Governance, Participation Leadership, and Political
“Economic Transformation, Entrepreneurship, and Job Creation
“Education and Skills for the Future
“Technology. Transformation Innovation, and Digital
“Climate Change and Energy Transition.
“Social Inclusion and Security
“The implementation of this conference will be anchored on the principles of transparency, respect, Inclusivity, and innovation.
“We believe that every young person regardless of gender, ability, falth, or background deserves a seat at the table.

“Registration, contributions, and real-time updates throughout this national process.
Olawande urge all young Nigerians students, entrepreneurs, creatives, artisans, professionals, and those in the diaspora to step forward and contribute to our national development.

The Minister stated While disclosing this at a press conference in Abuja, Olwande revealed that the registration ends June 30.
It could also be recalled that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, had, on March 10, inaugurated the National Planning Committee for the conference.
Earlier, Olubunmi Olusanya, Chairman of the National Planning Committee and Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, described the Youth Confab as a strategic platform designed to amplify the voices, dreams, and innovative solutions of Nigerian youth across the country.
Olubunmi explained that the newly launched website serves as a digital gateway to the conference’s success enabling seamless delegate registration, extensive virtual consultations, and acting as its primary information platform.
