The United States Supreme Court has delivered a landmark constitutional judgment reaffirming the principle of birthright citizenship, preserving one of the longest-standing interpretations of the country’s Constitution.

The ruling maintains that children born on American soil are entitled to citizenship regardless of their parents’ immigration status, consistent with the Fourteenth Amendment.
