Students congratulate Tinubu, urge to Invest In Science Education

Nigerian Association of Science Students (NASS) has urged the president-elect, Sen. Bola Tinubu, to strengthen the minds of the budding scientists in Nigeria and empower science students to actualise their dreams.

The association made the call in a congratulatory message, jointly signed by its national president, Akintomide Raphael and national secretary, Comr. Abdulrahman O. Adigun.

The statement reads in part, “The entire science students in Nigeria wishes to congratulate and celebrate with you on the occasion of your brilliant election to your Nigeria’s highest office, the office of the President.

“We are particularly pleased to extend to you our warm and heart-felt congratulations, as well as our wishes for success in the discharge of your lofty duties as the elected president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

“The association humbly look forward to working closely with your administration through the Ministry of Science and Technology to confront critical strategic matters of interest to the science community and students of the Federal Republic of Nigeria by strengthening the minds of the budding scientists and empowering Nigerian science students to actualise and fulfill their dreams.

“As you prepare to assume the Presidency, please accept our best wishes for a successful term in office and for your continued good health, wisdom and wellbeing to be able to move Nigeria to the promised land.”
