Bauchi State government in collaboration with the state Police command is to establish a mobile court for the prosecution of Sara-Suka offenders and perpetrators of other forms of crime and criminality in the state.
The state governor Bala Mohammed gave the indication while receiving in audience the newly posted commissioner of police, Musa Muhammad Auwal at Government House Bauchi. He said this move is part of the commitment to address the prevalence of youth restiveness especially the menace of Sara Suka which is more pronounced in the state capital.

Mohammed informed the commissioner that the activities of criminals are gradually resurfacing hence the move to take effective action to secure the citizens.
According to the governor, his administration would equally introduce empowerment programmes aimed at engaging unemployed youth in useful ventures.
The commissioner of polic,e Musa Muhammad Auwal who acknowledged the security challenges informed the governor that measures are already being taken to salvage the state against the notorious acts.
He said upon assuming office, he visited and solicited support from traditional leaders and heads of sister security agencies in a bid to strengthen collaboration.
